TweetDeck and other clients can create public groups of hand-selected tweets called collections using the v1.1 collections API endpoints. There are also endpoints for listing collections, retrieving information about one, and retrieving the collected tweets.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem Nitter can discover them given a URL like https://twitter.com/markjgardner/timelines/1606000784457564161
